Board Game Afternoon with selected German Board games at the Library of Goethe-Institut Hongkong

Board games are traditionally popular in Germany. With your family and friends, in a big group or just two of you, even in special Games Cafés: we love to gamble and of course we love to win. Games offer a great opportunity to get to know new people.
 
So join us for our Board Game afternoon at the Goethe-Institut Hongkong! Get to know German board game classics like Parcheesi (Mensch ärgere dich nicht) or Tabu, test your dexterity playing a round of Jenga or your reaction time with Halli Galli. You are also welcome to try the card game classic Uno.
 
Never played any of those games before? Don’t worry, we have invited a German teacher to explain the rules before you start. Meet other German learners and practice your German in a new playful way. The main point is of course to enjoy yourselves and the games.
 
This event is open to all, with or without knowledge of German.
