Hauskonzert: Angelika Niescier

Angelika Niescier, recipient a.o. of the German Jazz Award and the ECHO - award , is one of those exceptional musicians who has for some time now, been redefining the contours of the European jazz scene - a jazz artist on a mission, with boundless energy, a rich pallet of colour and virtuoso technique. 

The bandleader and composer has created a genuine style of her own unifying both: unusual, modern compositions and intensive improvisation.

As an internationally recognised musician she travelled many countries to perform her music and represent her country in many different settings. Angelika has an unstoppable desire for artistic development and exchange, which made her musical journey rich on inspirational encounters.
