Hong Kong Book Fair 2020 (Postponed!)

Do you know that Germany owns a very robust Children book market?  In 2018, books for children and young people accounted for around 16.6% of total sales in the German book market, making it the second-largest market share after fiction books.

At this year Hong Kong Book Fair we dedicate our booth to Children and young people. Some of the most recent and outstanding German children picture books and literature, educational books with interactive elements will be on display. Among them visitors can also find a special selection of new children books from the Frankfurt Book Fair. We will also greet our younger visitors with a story-telling theatre and a reading tent!

Two German Taster Courses will also be offered to the visitors at the Book Fair on 17th and 18th July. Both courses will be taught by qualified teachers from Goethe-Institut Hongkong:
