20-year-old Bex is forced to attend a rehab program where trainer Ava fights every day to share her passion for dance with the group of troubled young people - teaching them to work as a team and be part of a community. While Bex slowly opens up to the group, she is especially attracted to Jay and they must learn to work together and trust each other, in order to win a major dance competition that will showcase their incredible talent to the world.
