How do artists develop their careers in the art world?

Goethe-Institut Hongkong Library

Join us at the game night and have fun with the "Surviving the Art World" board game. Going through the paths of local artists: sharing a studio with friends, participating in an exhibition, finding a part-time job, applying for funding, and updating your IG posts, you are required to manage yourself as well as your art projects while collecting creative works and energy points to be a successful artist.

Mapping the local art ecology, this board game invites you to think about interacting with the private and public sectors and making professional choices without compromises.

Tickets: HK$50, via art-mate

Another session of the Game Night "Surviving the Art World" will take place on April 7, 2023 (Fri) from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM:
