URBAN WALKS Project is an art project coordinated with 7 artists/ artist groups internationally from Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Taipei and Ulaanbaatar. Urban Walk allows you to experience a world beyond physical space, with digital technology to the universal practice of “walking”.
How can you experience things that are not visible to the naked eye? What stories are hidden in the location?
We would like to collect your memories or future envisioning of the place of your choice, whether it's the Ding Ding, Central Market, Lui Seng Chun, Star Ferry, State Theatre, Kowloon Walled City, Yick Cheong Building, or anywhere else that holds special memories for you, from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 2000s, or the 2020s.

What are you expected to do?
You will be interviewed by the artist or researcher regarding your memories and future envisioning of the building or location of your choice. The process may be recorded or written down after discussing it with you.
Participation in this interview can be anonymous if you prefer not to have your name acknowledged during the artwork process.

Terms and Conditions for Urban Walk Interview Participation
By registering for the Urban Walk Interview as part of the Artwork Experience, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: Participation in the Urban Walk Interview is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Participants must be in good physical condition and able to walk for the duration of the interview.
Quota Limit: The Urban Walk Interview is limited to a maximum of 5 participants. This quota includes both registered and confirmed participants. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the quota is filled, registration will be closed.
Consent to Use of Personal Information: By registering for the Urban Walk Interview, participants give their consent for the organizer to collect, store, and use the data recorded, including the audio recordings or notes taken during the event, for the purposes of the Artwork Experience and any related promotional activities. However, additional consent will be sought before the interview process begins.
Consent to Record and Use of Interview Content: Participants agree that their responses, statements, and any other content shared during the Urban Walk Interview may be recorded and used by the organizer for the creation and promotion of the Artwork Experience. Participants grant the organizer a royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display their interview content in any medium.
Safety and Conduct: Participants are expected to behave responsibly and follow any instructions or guidelines provided by the organizer during the Urban Walk Interview. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves or others or whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate by the organizer.
Limitation of Liability: The organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or damage incurred by participants during the Urban Walk Interview, except to the extent caused by the organizer's negligence or willful misconduct.
Anonymity and Use of Information: The information collected will remain anonymous if you prefer, and will only be used for the purposes of the artwork and academic research.
By registering for the Urban Walk Interview, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
