Studying for university in the library

I am a 19-year-old student living in Germany. The focus of my life is on my family, my studies, my friends, my community, and most of all on my religion because it permeates all stages of my life and my whole being. For me, there is no separation between my life as a Muslim and my life as a person living in Germany, because it is one and the same to me. Since I was born in Germany, it is my home country. Through my parents, who come from different countries (my mother from Denmark, my father from Syria), I have the chance to learn about other cultures and see a lot with different eyes and through a different perspective.
