Arthouse Cinema 2023
Arthouse Cinema finally returns to offline screening after 3 years hiatus!
Since 2012 the Goethe-Institut Indonesien has been screening a broad selection of German and Indonesian feature films and documentaries in the framework of its Arthouse Cinema program. We are thrilled to announce that Arthouse Cinema will be back as a public event in 2023, featuring an incredible lineup of titles that will take you on a journey through different genres and themes.
Arthouse Cinema 2023 will take place in two formats: a series of films will be screened at the GoetheHaus in Jakarta, while other titles can be viewed on the Goethe-on-Demand, a platform dedicated to personal film screening managed by the Goethe-Institut. The screening on Goethe-On-Demand will be available for the Indonesian audience only.
Get ready to experience powerful stories, unforgettable characters, and breathtaking cinematography. Enjoy the films and share your thoughts about them through our social media channels!
