OER refers to any learning, teaching, and research material in any format that has been released under an open license, enabling educators to potentialy reduce costs while increasing access for underprivileged students.

In this webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of using OER and how they can enhance teaching and learning experiences. Our expert panelists from Indonesia, Germany, and Austria will share their experiences, challenges, and successes in using OER in their respective contexts. Speakers

Dr Wahyudi is the Director of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC. He obtained his doctoral degree in Education from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.

Dr Sandra Schön is a Senior Researcher at TU Graz, Project Manager at the “Forum New Media in Teaching Austria”, and an Adjunct Professor at Universitas Negeri Malang.

Susanne Grimm is a research associate at the DIPF | Leibniz Institute for Educational Research and Educational Information and is responsible for the further operation of the information center OER at the German Education Server.

MODERATOR

Hugo Indratno is an Educational Technology Integrationist at Mentari Intercultural School and was recognised as an Apple Distinguished Educator in 2015.
