Born 1981 in Tokyo, French citizen. Ph.d (Information Studies). Associate Professor at Waseda University, School of Culture, Media and Society since 2017. He has then been active in promoting the Creative Commons license in Japan since 2004. In 2008, he started Dividual, an IT startup in Tokyo, where he has been developing numerous web services and smart phone apps. He has exhibited art works and design product at the XXII La Triennale Milano « Broken Nature » show (2019.3.1~9.1), the Aichi Triennale 2019 « Tame Y/Our Passion » show(2019.8.1~10.14), and served as the exhibition director for the "Translations - Understanding Misunderstanding" show at the 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT (2020.10~2021.6). Dominique is also an author of several books on Open Source and Free Culture, Neo-cybernetics, Philosophy of Information, and has translated books on Positive Computing, Reality Mining and Technological Singularity.
Selbi Jumayeva (b.1986, Ashgabat) is a documentary artist, curator, and strategist with twenty years of experience in civil society leadership. She currently studies human-mediated relationships with and in larger ecosystems and dynamic planetary processes as part of her research design project Dusts in collaboration with Alisa Verbina at Strelka Institute’s The Terraforming think tank. In Central Asia Selbi leads the institutional development at Artcom Platform, advises 139 Documentary Center on strategic planning, is a regional gender expert with FemAgora public foundation. She is also committed to collecting and curating her kinship’s everyday narratives, memories, and artifacts in Turkmenistan. Her documentary work with Central Asian quotidien pushes and pulls her throughout bazar ecosystems, toý practices, and contemporary food and folk art across the region.

Taeyoon Choi (born 1982, San Mateo, California) explores the poetics of science, technology, society, and human relations. He works with computer programming, drawing, and writing, oftentimes in collaboration with fellow artists, experts and community members. His projects, participatory workshops, performances, and installations were presented at New Museum, Whitney Museum of American Art, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Smithsonian Asian Pacific American Center, Van Alen Institute, M+ Museum and more. He participated in Shanghai Biennale, Mediacity Seoul Biennale, Istanbul Design Biennale and Biennale Architettura 2021. He was an artist in residence at Eyebeam Art and Technology Center, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Frank-Ratchye Studio for Creative Inquiry, Pioneer Works, NEW INC, Data and Society and Centre for Heritage, Arts and Textile. He contributed to alternative education such as the Public School New York, Occupy University and Triple Canopy Publication Intensive. He taught at the New York University and Parsons School of Design. He cofounded the School for Poetic Computation in New York.
Born in 1980, Seoul. She graduated from Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts with her doctoral dissertation on social implications of art and media technologies, which was later published as A Critical History of Media Art in Japan, (Artes Publishing, 2014). Her recent publications include Seiko Mikami: A Critical Reader (NTT Publishing, 2019: co-editor), “Power of Language” (2019), “Exhibition Spaces Emitting Light and Sound: Contemporary Art and Image Media” (2019) and Paik-Abe Correspondence (Nam June Paik Art Center, 2018: co-translator). She is currently working as associate professor at Kansai University.
Jaemin Shin, born in South Korea, started her career as an exhibition coordinator and curator in visual arts scene. As a curator, she curated V.U.C.A, the solo exhibition of a Korean artist E Hyunjoon, and participated in a part of Seoul Babel at SEMA(Seoul Museum of Art) as an invited curator for Archive BOMM in 2016. She worked as a producer in Planning Division of SIDance(Seoul International Dance Festival) from 2017 to 2019. As selected as one of the rising producers by Arts Council Korea, she organized International Forum “Dance Dramaturgs in Production” in February 2020. She is now working in Taeyoon Choi Studio as a project manager.

Takahashi Mizuki is a Japanese curator based and currently serving as an Executive Director and Chief Curator of CHAT (Centre for Heritage, Arts and Textile) in Hong Kong. She has realised numerous cross-disciplinary curatorial projects addressing the topic of gender politics, correlation between capitalism, industrialization and artistic practices through interviews and archival research. In 2009, she curated the exhibition entitled Eight Days: Beuys in Japan at Contemporary Art Gallery, Art Tower Mito in Japan. In the exhibition, she examined Joseph Beuys’ impact on Japanese audiences through rediscovered documentary footage of Joseph Beuys’ Japan trip in 1984.
After working at art museums and contemporary art galleries, she has been involved in the planning, production, and management of various cultural programs and subsidy programs at a public institution in Tokyo, and is in charge of production management at beuys on/off.
