The library is open to the public. Admission and use of media on the premises is free of charge. Those wishing to borrow materials must acquire a valid Library card.
There is an annual fee of 60.000 MMK for Myanmar Nationals and 120.000 MMK for Foreigners. Enrolled Goethe-Institut Course Participants are entitled to free library membership.
Please bring an ID card, Passport or valid Student Card for Registration.
User can borrow up to five items at the same time, these may include a maximum of three Books and two DVDs/CDs.
