"A decade of West Berlin subculture in original footage, breathtakingly edited – telling a story of the city during the last decade before the end of the Cold War.
This film is different. It makes it possible to plunge directly into that era of punk and dirt and freedom, which seemed like it would never end on the walled-in island. This makes it much more than just one of many documentaries about yesterday.” (Die Welt)
