Für die Goethe Lounge erarbeitet das Trio des renommierten Ensemble Musikfabrik (Köln) ein Konzertprogramm mit neuen Werken von Gordon Williamson (Kanada/Deutschland/Neuseeland), Dylan Lardelli (Australien/Neuseeland) sowie der gefeierten australischen Komponistin Liza Lim.

Über das Ensemble Musikfabrik:
Seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 1990 hat sich das Ensemble Musikfabrik als eines der führenden Ensembles für zeitgenössische Musik etabliert. Getreu seinem Namen liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Uraufführung und Produktion neuer Werke, oft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Komponist:innen. Die Früchte dieser kreativen Partnerschaften präsentiert das Kölner Solist:innenensemble in zahlreichen Konzerten weltweit.
Im Zentrum ihrer Arbeit stehen die Erforschung moderner Kommunikationsformen und die Entwicklung neuer Ausdrucksmöglichkeiten in Musik und Theater. Interdisziplinäre Projekte, die Live-Elektronik, Video, Tanz, Theater und bildende Kunst einbeziehen, bereichern und transformieren das traditionelle Konzept des Ensemblekonzerts.
