holisticc

holisticc is a live coder and audiovisual artist based in Melbourne. As a software engineer by practise, she treats her performances as a way to transform coding from a means to promote efficiency into something more creative and personal. These involve writing breakcore and broken electronics in Strudel while patching real-time visuals with Hydra, often improvising both from scratch, with the code projected in real time.

As part of Naarm’s growing live coding community, she is passionate about making these tools open, playful and accessible to newcomers.
