375 LULLABIES FOR MONTREAL is a participatory sound installation inviting its visitors on a trip aboard a rocking chair. This project unfolds around encounters with citizens and their lullabies in a suspended space-time contrasting with the urban bustle while activating the memory of seven historical locations of Ville-Marie neighbourhood. Settled in a few parks and city squares, this installation will allow collecting and sharing 375 songs to draw a portrait of today’s Montreal through the collective heritage of its residents.
