Workshop
Being a woman in Germany: Information on health
Are you new to Germany and want to find out more about women's health? In this event, we will talk about important topics that every woman should know about.
We'll show you how to stay healthy and fit. We cover everything to do with your visit to the gynaecological practice: check-ups, pregnancy and menstruation. You will learn what is important in Germany to look after your health.
We will also explain what services and help are available here, for example from doctors or advice centres. You can ask questions and talk to other women.
Topics of the event:
- Which check-ups are important?
- What do I do when I get pregnant
- How can I find doctors and health services in Germany?
- What can I do if I don't feel well?
The workshop will be led by a qualified intercultural trainer. We will be speaking German, so you should have a German level of at least B1.
The event is free of charge and takes place online.
