Mental and physical health are highly interrelated and there has been an increasing awareness in taking care of ourselves for a long, enjoyable life, especially under the current health situation. When seeking solutions to support our body and gain balance, we often tend to underestimate the importance of a holistic approach. Holistic health is a form of healing that considers the person as a whole and emphasizes the connection of mind, body, spirit, and emotions.

In its series of thematic programmes under the umbrella of "Civil Society, Arts and Mental Balance", Goethe-Institut Hongkong is pleased to co-present a pilates workshop with local dance organisation Passoverdance. The workshop will be conducted by certified pilates instructor Pandora Sin.

Message from Pandora Sin:
Together, we communicate with those around us through body movements, learn to relax, share, appreciate ourselves and others, and dispense positive energy.

Workshop fee HK$80, to be paid on the workshop day at the venue
