Everything is like this, just like the unchanging universal state of energy flow. Whilst facing hardships and challenges, we have to take care of ourselves and always be self aware to go on.
Meditation is one way to gain self awareness; these guided meditations will be led by teachers to help participants deeply relax and cleanse negative thoughts.
Accompanied with the sounds of singing bowls and shaman drums, expect a journey of healing and regaining awareness within the self.
Conducted in cantonese only.
