According to the bread register of the German Institut for Bread, there are more than 3,200 officially recognized types of bread in Germany. And German bread culture was officially added by UNESCO to its Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2014.

- What you can do with bread - beyond eating it!

About Mr. Moritz Isselstein:
Moritz Isselstein works as Head of Transaction Banking at a German bank in Hong Kong. He is married and has two children. Moritz mostly grew up in Germany, but has also lived in Libya, Singapore, and for the past 4 1/2 years here in Hong Kong.

Cooking and baking is a family tradition, and he is glad to have picked it up early. Moritz was always inspired how sharing meals and cooking with friends and family is a catalyst to understanding in diverse circles of friends, creates and strengthens community around you, and lets you experience culture more meaningful.

When not at the bank or baking, Moritz loves to experience the city, hike in the countryside with his dog, or just relax on one of the beaches of Hong Kong.
