Do you know what is the most consumed hot beverage in Germany? Yes, you are right. It’s Coffee. Germany owns one of Europe’s most dynamic and robust coffee market. But what is so special about German Coffee?
In this German Coffee Tasting workshop, you will taste 3 different types of German Coffee with Saffron Ip, the owner and founder of the coffee academy Eden Café. Saffron will give us a lecture on the characteristics of German Coffee. She will also show you the proper way of making barista quality coffee at home.
About Saffron Ip:
Owner and founder of the coffee academy Eden Café. Saffron finished the City & Guilds International Barista Certificate Program with outstanding results. She has worked as a teaching assistant at Accino Coffee and was responsible for assisting the instructor to teach the City & Guilds International Barista Certificate course. Over the years, she has collected solid teaching experience through collaboration with different enterprises such as Cathay Pacific, Henderson Land Development Co.Ltd, the Hospital Authority and The Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong.
