Lending Service

Registration is possible via our online form or the app BibtoGo. Please fill out the form to enter the most important data for your registration and confirm your email address. Then come to our library within seven days to complete the registration. You will need [an identity card and a current proof of address]. You can also fill out a printed registration form during our consultation hours.

Registrations, membership renewals and fee payments can only be completed during opening hours.

Please read the Library Regulation before registering.

Library membership is required to borrow media.

• Standard: IDR 50,000/year
• For course participants: a free membership for the duration of their course upon presentation of the student card.

If you already have a library membership, you can register in our online catalog (OPAC). The personalized use of OPAC offers you the following advantages:

• Display of borrowed media including due date
• Extension of the loan period of your media
• Insight into outstanding and paid fees
• Purchase proposals for the library's media collections
• Commenting on media
• Overview of the media you have borrowed in the past

To be able to use this service, you have to be approved once by the library team. Please contact the library team on your next visit or apply for the activation.

Books, CDs and DVDs: 4 weeks

Media can be returned to the Goethe-Institut security service around the clock. Please make sure that the media is packed safely.
