The topic: # Teaching German as a Foreign Language digitally: Vlogs and videos in German as a foreign language class.
Would you like to bring a piece of reality into your classroom? Use the potential of vlogs and videos in order to enable you to immerse yourself in a new world. In this seminar we would like to show, among other things, how films can be used to impart regional knowledge and characteristics that expand "intercultural perspective" of your students. In addition, vlogs and videos offer numerous connections to the everyday life of the learners and thus represent a real treasure trove of authentic situations to speak in. They control the viewing and learning habits of children and young adults and enable us to sharpen their sense of language of images. We would like to try out various methodological approaches with you and use specific online examples to see how vlogs and videos can enrich your lessons
Our guest speaker: Agnieszka Krajewska
Agnieszka Krajewska studied German and Nordic studies at the UAM Posen and LMU Munich and works as a freelance German as a Foreign Language teacher at Goethe Institutes in Germany. In addition, she works as a freelance trainer at the Goethe-Institute Munich and several Goethe-Institutes abroad and conducts training seminars for GFL teachers on methodology and didactics for teaching young people and adults.
