Rhythm of Hope

Are you feeling overwhelmed by the daily challenges and changes in life? If you're a young person looking for a chance to pause, recharge, and find a safe space for yourself, or hoping to connect with new people and become part of a supportive community, the ‘Rhythm of Hope’ Workshop from the ‘Youth in Motion Within’ Program is for you.

Sometimes, words alone are not enough to express what we feel. Through music and creative expression, this well-being workshop offers a space to freely explore and share your emotions, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover the hopes, strengths, and possibilities that keep you moving forward. Through this program, we also hope to remind everyone that even amid life's difficulties and uncertainties, hope and new possibilities can still be found.

Join us at the cozy and welcoming Goethe-Institut Myanmar Library, where you can share your feelings through music, connect with others, and together create beautiful rhythms and melodies filled with hope, resilience, and joy.
