From March 21, 2022 you will once again be able to borrow books and learning materials from the Goethe-Institut’s library. Appointments can be made to visit the library on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the morning between 9:30am to 12:30pm or in the afternoon between 1:30pm to 4:00pm. We provide the following services:

books, learning materials and other media
You can pre-order materials though the library’s online catalog (OPAC). To do so, please use the following link: yangon.bibliothek.goethe.de
You can register online on our website. Please fill in this form beforehand, to enter the most important data for your registration and to confirm your mail address in advance. Then come to the library and get our digital library card BibToGo now. The library team will also be happy to inform you during a personal visit.

Please kindly see the Covid-19 prevention guidelines of the Library in the following link and we kindly make the request our visitors to follow this.
Due to official regulations, the number of visitors will be limited in both time slots. And the library is only accessible with a N94, N95 or FFP2 Mask.
