The Goethe-Institut’s teaching resource centres in libraries and other public institutions offer German teachers in many countries the opportunity to gain an overview of the wide range of textbooks and supplementary materials available for teaching German as a foreign language, drawing on a basic collection of teaching resources. During consultation hours, they can discuss with experienced colleagues which materials are best suited to which groups of learners.
