Der Verkehr in der Stadt – heute und morgen

Almost every second person lives in a city. Whether Hamburg, Boston, Bangkok, Moscow, Beijing or Lagos - most large cities have the same problems: vehicles with internal combustion engines pollute the air. The constant traffic jams, the pollution of the air and the noise are causing increasing physical and psychological problems for people. And since it is predicted that 85 percent of the population in industrialized countries will live in cities by 2050, the problems will get worse.

The path to a more sustainable future for our environment must begin in the cities and begin with changing people's mobility behavior. This is not just for ecological reasons, it is also about the well-being and quality of life of city dwellers.
