We are pleased to inform you about this year’s call for applications for a scholarship for German teachers to participate in a language course or a methodology and didactics training programme in Germany in 2027.
Do you teach German, train or provide professional development for German teachers, or work in the cultural sector? Then this opportunity is for you.
You can apply for the Goethe Scholarship 2027 until 31 October 2026.
Application
Are you interested in a language course or a methodology and didactics training programme in Germany?
- You are a teacher of German as a foreign language, teach a subject in German, train or provide professional development for German teachers (e.g. at a PASCH school), or are a cultural practitioner (applies only to the one-week in-person training programmes in Berlin).
- You have the required German language skills for your chosen training programme or the German language course for teachers.
- You are willing to share the knowledge and skills gained during the training programme or language course with colleagues in your home country.
- You are prepared to participate fully in the entire training programme, including the cultural programme.
