"As We Were Dreaming"

“As We Were Dreaming” (Als wir träumten) is a film by Andreas Dresen. It depicts the struggle young people face when they are searching for a perspective after the German reunification. A clique of four boys from Leipzig, in the former GDR, steals cars, tries drugs and founds a techno club. The film had its premiere at the 65. Berlinale in February 2015.
The film will be shown in German with English subtitles. Afterwards there will be a moderated discussion.
