From August 2019, the old B2 exam will be replaced by the new modular B2 exam, which will be introduced worldwide at all examination centres. Thereafter, the participants will be tested in the Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking modules, as is already the case in the B1 exam.

  • How is the exam structured?
  • What are the set requirements for each of the individual skills at B2 level?
  • How can your students be trained in regards to these individual skills?

You will be given answers to these questions at the informative event at the Goethe-Institut Cyprus. All German teachers are warmly invited. The speaker, Ilse Lücke, will present all parts of the new B2 exam and will answer any questions regarding examinations.

Ilse Lücke was a German teacher at the Goethe-Institut Athens from 1985 to 2009 and has taught adults, children and adolescents at all levels. Since 2009, she has been the head examiner of the Goethe-Institut Athens and is well acquainted with new examinations and examiner trainings.
