Intensive German Concise

The content is the same as in the classical intensive courses. The difference is that the Intensive German Concise course has a continuous structure in 2-week units as opposed to the classical 16-day intensive courses. It’s possible to start on a course every 2 weeks.

Yes, after completing the Intensive German Concise course at Level B2, you can easily continue on a classical intensive or evening course at Level C1.

The number of lessons or courses needed to reach a certain level and possibly take the relevant Goethe certificate varies from student to student. Individual factors such as your own native language or if you have already learnt another foreign language play an important role. In order to reach Level A1, it is normally necessary to complete 2 Intensive German Concise courses at Level A1. That means, you will generally need 4 weeks to reach Level A1. If you're planning to reach Level A1 as fast as possible, we would therefore recommend taking 2 Intensive German Concise courses in a row.

If you're planning to reach Level A2 as fast as possible, we would therefore recommend taking at least 2 or 3 Intensive German Concise courses in a row.

You don’t need any previous knowledge to do an Intensive German Concise course at Level A1. To do an Intensive German Concise course at Level A2, you will need knowledge of German at Level A1. To do an Intensive German Concise course at Level B1, you will need knowledge of German at Level A2. To do an Intensive German Concise course at Level B2, you will need knowledge of German at Level B1.
