Apply here for “Exchange2Change”, an exchange programme for young people, aged 14 to 17 during the exchange phase, who live in the UK and Germany. 

Your Exchange2Change application should reflect your own voice — your ideas, motivation, passion and perspectives. We value authenticity and diverse viewpoints, so let your individuality come through. You’re welcome to use AI tools thoughtfully, but keep your responses genuinely yours and let us know if you used any AI tools.

Motivation

Your application
We would like to hear from you why you would like to participate in Exchange2Change. Please address the following questions in your application:

  1. Introduce yourself briefly: Who are you? What do you like to do? What are your strengths, interests, and hobbies? 
  2. Your motivation: What is your motivation for participating in Exchange2Change? What do you hope to gain from participating? How could it benefit you in your future life and career?
  3. Your project idea: What project would you like to implement with Exchange2Change? What art forms and topics are you interested in and why? How could your project idea become part of a group project?
You can choose the format in which you would like to submit your application. The following formats are possible:
  • Text (at least 100-200 words per question): please use the boxes below.
  • Video (approx. 2 minutes long): please send your video as a file or link to gimagine@goethe.de after you have submitted the application form.
  • Presentation, collage or other visual art form: please upload your contribution as a PDF or JPEG file using the form field below.
  • Song, audio, rap, etc.: please send your audio as a file or link to gimagine@goethe.de after you have submitted the application form.
Important: Please choose one of these formats and submit it together with your form. We can only consider your application if it is complete.
