Assistant in the Cultural Programmes Department

The cultural programmes department of the Goethe-Institut Nairobi organizes regular cultural events, exchange programmes and initiatives to support the cultural sector. 

To coordinate and support the implementation of the activities of the “Nafasi Network” and support the cultural programme department in the organization of regular events series, we are looking for a: Project Coordinator (m/f/d) between 04.03.2024 – 19.12.2024 (40 hours weekly).

Temporary Project Assistant

In the new project “Living and Working in Germany” of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the European Union, we support East Africans who are moving permanently to Germany to work there. To support the training and capacity building program of the AMIFProject in East Africa, we are looking for a Temporary Project Assistant: 01.03.2024 – 31.10.2024 (40 hours weekly)

TRAIN THE TRAINERS: INTERCULTURAL COURSES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

As part of the project "Living and Working in Germany", the Goethe-Institut Kenya is looking for trainers for trainers who will lead trans- and intercultural courses on a fee basis from 01.03.2024. (1 seminar @ 40 teaching units. One teaching unit consists of 45 minutes).

PROJECT COORDINATOR: MANAGEMENT OF THE STUDY BRIDGE IN THE GERMAN EDUCATION COOPERATION

The Studienbrücke is an excellence program of the Goethe-Institut that prepares pupils and school graduates with outstanding achievements in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences and technology (STEM subjects) and German language and subject knowledge in their home country for studies in Germany and introduces them to the German teaching and learning culture.
