Thilini Senevirathne graduated from the University of Kelaniya in 2017 with a BA in German with First Class Honours and she is currently completing her Masters in Linguistics. Thilini Senavirathne has completed her B2 Zertifikat Deutsch at the Goethe-Institut in Freiburg. She is a former Temporary Assistant Lecturer and a Visiting Lecturer in German at the University of Kelaniya and currently serves as a Visiting Lecturer in German at the Department of Tourism Management, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka. She is an active member of Srilanka German Teachers' Association since 2017.
