Examination Dates and Examination Fees 2026

Please Note: Internal Students

Internal students who have not been on a course with us for more than six months or where the last examination is more than six months will be considered as external candidates.

Exam Results / Certificate Collection

Please be advised that the examination results will be released online as follows:

A1 & A2 : within 2-3 weeks from the exam date
B1 & B2 : within 3-4 weeks from the exam date

Please note:

From May 2024 onwards exam candidates will receive their exam certificates in digital format ONLY on meingoethe.de accessible with their personal logins.
Exam candidates who took their exams before May 2024 may collect their certificates in person by appointment from the Goethe-Institut Sri Lanka. To make an appointment, please write to: info-colombo@goethe.de mentioning the participant number, exam date and exam level.
