Venue Sponsorship Opportunity
Sponsorship Details
The sponsorship grants the use of the Goethe-Institut Myanmar Auditorium, excluding outdoor areas. It covers the venue rental only, with no additional funding for event-related costs. The sponsorship includes a maximum of 10 tables and 80 chairs, as well as two wireless microphones. Any additional equipment can be rented for an extra fee, detailed in the provided price list.
Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility Requirements Applications are open to visual artists, artist collectives, and groups of cultural producers engaged in contemporary arts in Myanmar. Priority will be given to young and emerging artists, as well as cultural practitioners. We welcome applications from individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds, and interdisciplinary approaches.
Applicant outside the Eligibility Scope:
Ineligible applicants include international organizations or local entities that receive full external funding support, as well as events or exhibitions aimed at commercial purposes.
Venue Sponsorship Agreement
A formal agreement will be established between Goethe-Institut Myanmar and the designated party. The sponsorship will be officially confirmed only after both parties have signed the agreement.
Code of Conduct
We invite creative individuals and cultural practitioners from across Myanmar to share their ideas and contribute to the contemporary art scene. To ensure sufficient time for review and venue arrangements, applications must be submitted at least two months prior to the proposed event date. As venue availability is limited, applicants are encouraged to remain flexible with their scheduling. Application statuses will be communicated via email within one week of submission.
Use of Logo
The use of the Goethe-Institut Myanmar logo is not permitted on promotional materials or for display during the event unless explicitly agreed upon in advance and included in the official agreement.
