A graduate in law and sports economics, Matthias Eiles has held various positions at the German Football Association (DFB) since 2005. As a licensed soccer coach, he has been active in youth development for many years and has worked in the youth academies of Eintracht Frankfurt and Kickers Offenbach, among others. He currently serves as the assistant coach of Kickers Offenbach’s U21 team. In 2004, he founded the organization Auf Ballhöhe, through which he has supported and led intercultural educational projects in sports in numerous countries across all five continents — including the United States, South Africa, Albania, Australia, and Vietnam.
