“Every Time A Ear Di Soun” - WPFW in the spotlight at documenta 14 with Katea Stitt

In August, Washington’s Pacifica station WPFW-FM (a neighbor and partner of the Goethe-Institut) provided hours of daily and archival programming for a special project of the international art show, documenta 14, which has taken place this year in Kassel, Germany and Athens, Greece.

Other stations featured by this year’s documenta included broadcasters from Indonesia, Germany, Brazil, Cameroon, and Lebanon.

In this evening’s “Hear Now” presentation, Katea Stitt, WPFW-FM Interim Program Director, talks about her experience with documenta and presents audio contributed to this international project.
