We are excited to co-present an exchange of change makers in the food system, talking about how they tried to bring about change, what has worked and what's still left to do. We are joined by the vegan drag-cow Soya the Cow, performed by Swiss artist Daniel Hellmann.
The discussion will explore different forms of activism and their experience — Soya is using drag to draw attention to animal rights and the virtue of vegan diets, while entrepreneurs are using business to change consumer options.
The event is presented by Swissnex in collaboration with SF Chapter of Food Hack, the Consulate General of Switzerland in San Francisco and the Goethe-Institut San Francisco.
