Study Tours
Social Studies

Transatlantic Outreach Program (TOP) study tours - the centerpiece of a year-long TOP Fellowship - offer a transformative professional development opportunity for social studies educators in the United States and Canada.

TOP study tour programs provide immersive insights into the social, political, economic, and cultural landscape of contemporary Germany and the European Union. This unique learning experience equips educators with new knowledge, strategies, and resources to enrich their classroom instruction with global perspectives and spark students’ interest in the world around them.
