Studio 170 is offering a new opportunity for artists of all disciplines, living and/or working in New England, in autumn of 2023. Whether you are doing an artist residency or planning a trip to work on a project in Germany preferably with an artist there, we invite you to apply for a travel stipend to help cover the costs.
Studio 170 will reimburse up to $1,500 in travel costs including flights, visa, and necessary shipping costs. Artists must be based in New England and have a confirmed invitation to Germany related to their work. Artists of all disciplines, including visual and multi-media art, film, theater, music, writing and dance, are invited to apply.

Application deadline is August 17, 2023 for the first round. A second round is possible in early fall, dependant whether funding is still available.
