Vision

Manzi Exhibition Space
Supported by the Goethe Institut

Manzi Exhibition Space © Google maps In cooperation with the Manzi and supported the Goethe-Institut Hanoi, we have created Manzi Exhibition Space - a new space for Vietnamese artists to freely pursue and develop their art.

The new location is only a two-minute walk from the popular Manzi Art Space. It will be a new, independent venue for artists to display their work to an eager audience.

Exhibitions, musical and other live performances as well as discussions will create an environment where new artistic endeavors enjoy time and space free from preconceived notions. In an open-studio format, the Manzi Exhibition Space will provide an additional creative space for the arts in Hanoi.

The Goethe-Institut is supporting the new arts space as well as its associated residency program until December of 2021. The Goethe Institute respects the curators’ autonomy in administering the program. Our aim is to encourage artists to develop and showcase their art to local audiences. At the same time, such explorations and experiences lay the necessary groundwork for international cooperation. We are delighted to be working with Manzi.
