The Duc Ngo is one of Berlin's best-known and most innovative chefs. The Duc Ngo gained experience in kitchens and while travelling through the USA, Asia and Europe and earned his own money, which he used to open the restaurant Kuchi in Berlin's Kantstraße in 1999. The Duc Ngo pioneered modern Asian cuisine in Berlin: From Madame Ngo to Ryōtei 893, Funky Fish, Ngo Kim Pak, and Cocolo Ramen, each restaurant showcases creative flair, blending fine craftsmanship with a spirit of innovation. In 2017, he was voted ‘Gastronomic Innovator of the Berlin Master Chefs’.
