For the 10th anniversary the Goethe-Institut is continuing its collaboration with the General Library of Science in Ho Chi Minh City. The library car “Library on wheels” of the library carries the festival to provinces all over Vietnam.

With over 1 million participants, the science film festival is one of the largest of its kind. In Vietnam, the concept has proven to be very successful. The students receive a lot of exciting scientific knowledge through the films and can put them into practice through the hands-on activities after the films.

Not only pupils and students, but also parents and teachers who are particularly interested in STEM, should benefit from our festival. The parallel project SEADSTEM offers an exchange forum for this. The SEADSTEM platform not only offers films, but also detailed descriptions of experiments and various resources for teaching materials. In close consultation with the SEAMEO Regional Center for Mint Education (SEAMEO STEM-ED) and Klett-Mint, the Goethe-Institut ensures that all materials meet the quality standard.
