As part of the Weeks of the German Language 2024, we warmly invite you to the screening of the award-winning music documentary "Wildes Herz” by Charly Hübner and Sebastian Schultz.

The film tells the gripping story of the punk band FEINE SAHNE FISCHFILET and their frontman Jan "Monchi" Gorkow. Hailing from a small village in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the band has grown since its founding in 2007 to become one of Germany's most successful punk bands, with a clear focus on the fight against right-wing extremism.

"Wild Heart" follows Monchi on his 2016 anti-fascist tour, showcasing his life between punk fury, political activism, and a deep connection to his home. The band makes a powerful statement for solidarity and humanity, proving that change is possible even in rural areas.
