Culture Moves Europe is a mobility scheme that supports individual mobility and residency projects across Creative Europe countries, territories and regions. It gives grants for artists and cultural professionals to travel and carry out a project in another Creative Europe country. The call is open to artists and cultural professionals who want to develop a mobility project with an international partner between their country of residence and another Creative Europe country. Applications are open from 1 October 2025 to 30 April 2026.
The call for residency hosts provides financial support to legal entities wishing to host artists and cultural professionals for a residency project. The application period is until March 16, 2026.
With the ICF, we support co-productions worldwide that arise from collaborative and dialogical work processes between professional artists in the fields of music, dance, theater and performance.

Helsinki writer-in-residence for author writing in German
You can apply for the residency if you work in Germany and have published at least two works in German (fiction or poetry).The residency lasts for four weeks in August/September (to be arranged with the applicant).
The application period for the 2026 residency is at the beginning of 2026.
