Compensation according to the local salary scheme, Group V1, starting on March 15, 2026, or later.
As an administrative assistant in the Language Department, your main responsibilities will include:
- Processing registrations for exams and courses
- Processing incoming payments for exams and courses
- Entering data into the administration program OSKA
- General tasks related to exam and course organization
- General office duties
- Tasks exceptionally assigned by the institute or language management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional training
- Relevant professional experience
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken; solid knowledge of German is desirable
- Strong social and intercultural competence
- Accuracy, reliability, and a proactive/independent working style
