Your Future in STEM

Weekend Workshop

Do you, as students from the East Asia region, have a great interest in the STEM field and are perhaps also good at these subjects? Do you want to work in this field in the future? Then you have come to the right place!

STEM professions are the future! Careers in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM professions for short) are not only exciting, but also offer you the opportunity to actively help shape society: How can we be more environmentally friendly and sustainable? What will tomorrow's mobility look like? Where and how do we generate energy? How do we want to work today and in the future?

Even today, we still encounter the fact that professions in the STEM sector are predominantly occupied by men. However, there are also many exciting opportunities for women in this field.

We want to motivate you students, male or female, from all over East Asia to take a closer look at these professional fields. The Goethe-Institut Korea, together with their project planning team from the Kompetenzzentrum Technik-Diversity-Chancengleichheit e.V. from Germany, have prepared an exciting adventure for you and therefore cordially invite you to our two-day online event "Your Future in STEM" in May 2022.
