JERMANIA is the product of collaboration between Indonesian and German video game developers that was organized by Goethe Institut Indonesien. The project was financed by the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany from special funds for the creative industries.
Developers Steven Aang and Michael Elwin Setiadi will share their impressions and experience of Gamescom at Goethe-Institute. Another field of direct cooperation between Indonesian and German game developers is “Jermania”. The game is a shared project of the Indonesian studio “Nightspade” and German game developers.
Under the main theme 2016 of "Heroes in New Dimensions", around 345,000 visitors from 97 countries celebrated the world's largest event for computer and video games on the Cologne fair grounds from 17 to 21 August 2016.
Indonesia Game Developer & German Game Developer will work with each other to create and produce a non-profit, educational app to introduce Germany to an Indonesian audience.
