Cancellations made during the registration period: 100% refund
Cancellations made after the registration period and up to 7 days before the exam : 80% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the exam: no refund

EXAMS OUTSIDE JAKARTA AND BANDUNG

Cancellations submitted during the registration period are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations submitted after the registration period and up to 7 days prior to the exam date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the exam date are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14–30 working days.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
