About the Girls’ Day
Girls’ Day is an educational initiative that aims to inspire girls to explore a wide range of career paths, gain confidence, and connect with female role models from different professional fields. Through real-life insights and direct exchange, students are encouraged to envision their own futures and career possibilities. We are looking for inspiring female guest speakers to take part in Girls’ Day 2026, an event for approximately 50 female students, aged 14 to 17 years.
Event Details
- Date: Thursday, 23 April 2026
- Time frame: Between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
- Location: Jabal Amman (details will be shared with selected speakers)
About the Session
The guest speaker will introduce her profession and career path in Arabic, giving students authentic, practical insights into working life and the realities of different professions.
Session format:
- 30-minute interactive presentation (in Arabic)
- 10–15 minutes of Q&A and discussion
- Total presence required: approximately 1 hour
- An introduction to your profession and everyday work life
- Your personal career journey
- Challenges and opportunities as a woman in your field
- Female role models, well-known or personally inspiring women
- Photos from the workplace
- Short videos
- Visual examples, tools, or projects related to the profession
- Women in a specific professional field
- Women in the workforce in Jordan
- Career paths, opportunities, and challenges for women
Language Requirements
- Excellent Arabic skills are required, as the session will be conducted entirely in Arabic.
Collaboration
- Colleagues are welcome to apply together and jointly deliver the session, making it more interactive and engaging for the students.
Honorarium
Selected speakers will receive an honorarium of approximately 100 JOD for the preparation and delivery of the presentation, after the selection process and completion of the session.

We welcome applications from women from all professional backgrounds, including business, technology, science, arts, media, education, crafts, social work, and entrepreneurship.
